Handcrafted by Ruth Edelson, this striking Benevolent Eye Pendant embodies artistry and a sense of place. Inspired by Aspen trees in Sun Valley, Idaho, Ruth's muse was a tree with deeply carved textured, almost mystical bark—bearing the likeness of a full face with a prominent eye that seemed to watch over the landscape. 
 
The eye itself is surrounded by textures, adding a mesmerizing dimensionality, while tiny silver granules dot the top, creating a tactile surface you can feel as a connection to its protective spirit.
 
Each pendant is hand-carved in wax, then cast in sterling silver, ensuring every detail of Ruth’s design is beautifully preserved. Sold separately from the chain, it pairs elegantly with an 18-inch cubed square-link necklace—a substantial accompaniment to this bold piece.  This pendant serves as both a talisman and a reminder of the wonders of nature.
