A majestic and hefty signet ring, this timeless statement may be worn by both men and women. The original model was designed by the artist as a special milestone birthday gift for her father. The top of the ring is inspired from Akan goldweights, (locally known as mrammou). They are weights made of brass used as a measuring system by the Akan people of West Africa, particularly for weighing gold dust which was currency until replaced by paper money and coins.
